So recently I started school again, and I’m not thrilled one bit about it, its miserable and to make matters worse I’ve had serious issues focusing on the material. It had gotten to the point where I was contemplating seeing a physician for adderall but before I took that plunge I just so happen to run across an Article about the mental benefits of creatine and its positive effect on memory. I’ve used creatine in the past considering it is the most widely studied and proven most effective supplement on the market but never noticed any brain boosting benefits, but then again that wasn’t my focus at the time. So I decided to give two things a try before I saw the physician one being the Creatine mentioned above. That link is the one I personally like it has two forms of creatine monohydrate and HCl which negates the need for a loading phase, and the other thing I tried which helped me tremendously with focus together with the creatine is called Focus factor. This stuff is great! I was skeptical I must admit but it really did help and I don’t feel overstimulated on it or jittery and there is no crash afterwards, so if you’re at wit’s end like I was then it’s worth a shot in my opinion.
Till next time
